Spark 070924

Spark hit today. Don’t know why or from where.

I got out of bed and worked at my computer.

I had coffee outside.

Lemon chicken thighs with garlic and brussle sprouts are bubbling in the oven. A warm lemon butter savory smell in the kitchen.

The apartment has stayed cool with just the back AC running. Air clean and chilly.

I spoke with my sister about the neighbor dying.

She has been checking on me now and again to see how I am.

I made an appointment at the in town salon for a partial foil, trim, and blowout.

I am planning on joining my uncle and sister for lunch on Saturday.

I will be mellow and polite and pleasant.

I will bring small gifts and order lobster.

The nephrologist said there is nothing wrong with my kidneys but to keep her abreast of what the endocrinologist team comes up with.

My heart rate still beating under 60 in spits and spirts.

The home heart monitor on its way.

Fingers crossed.

Life is so short.
